Wonderful diner! Super service! Great people! Massive specials!
Tried one of their Greek dishes, Moussaka. It was very good and served with a tasty Greek salad.
This place was Great! It was my first time. The food, the service was amazing. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place. The all you can eat spaghetti is what I will be back for, it looked delicious!
This was definitely the spot we needed! Completely satisfied that urge for a classic diner breakfast without having to go to a disappointing restaurant chain. The service we received from Sandy was excellent, she was attentive and helpful, great with suggestions and making you feel comfortable. The kitchen did a wonderful job on all of our food, we really appreciated how quickly it came out, and the quality of what was served. If you’re traveling through Cottonwood definitely worth stopping at Georgie’s Cafe!
Great find. Cottonwood has several breakfast options. We have tried 4 of them, and now we add a 5th. It is the best so far. This is an old-school breakfast and lunch diner. Sticking to the standard breakfast offerings and nailing them makes a statement. They also have some creative options as well(chili verde omelet) . Huge omelets and great homefries. Cherry and the rest of the wait staff made us feel welcome. Georgie's Cafe sets the standard for others to shoot for.
It’s a sweet place with a diner feel and nice staff. Comfortable booths. We had eggs and home fries and a pancake. The eggs were just over easy as requested. The pancake was good with nice butter and some syrup. The home fries were cooked to perfection and perhaps a higher quality oil would enhance the flavor.
Place was amazing. Im not sure why the reviews are not higher! We have been tona few places people "loved" and we will not be back thebfood and service was horrible. This place! Absolutely everytime we are close to here we will be back!!
We stayed in Jerome for a week, and wanted to find somewhere, down the hill, where we could get some early breakfast. We ate at Georgie's the first day, and ended up coming back, each day until we had to go home. I wish we had a place like Georgie's back home. If we lived in Cottonwood, we'd eat here all the time. Now, if you're looking for the Taj Majal, this ain't your place. There are lots of fancier places, if that is what you seek. But, if you're looking for good, plentiful, down-home food prepared and served by good down-home folks, you owe it to yourself to stop in, and try the fare at Georgie's. Being from a small town in NorCal. We couldn't get over the amazingly reasonable prices on the menu, and how generous the portions of food were! For good quality food, personable service, and reasonable prices, Georgie's is top of our list for breakfast in Cottonwood. We didn't eat there for lunch or dinner because we weren't in Cottonwood during that time of day, but if breakfast is any indication, I'm certain lunch and dinner is just as good. My wife and I highly recommend Georgie's.
